Service Agreement Guidelines
Luggage & Load limits
Passengers are requested to restrict heavy baggage to standard vehicle carrier limits (e.g. 2 bags for Hatchbacks, 3 bags for Sedans, 4-5 bags for SUVs). Commercial goods or hazardous substances are strictly banned from boarding.
Route & Sightseeing Stops
Our drivers will follow the primary GPS-recommended route direction. Any route deviations, additional drop-offs, or multi-city sightseeings will attract additional distance mileage billing and driver allowances.
Tolls & State Permit Permits
Toll plaza payments, local state border entry tax permits, and tourist spot parking fees are not included in the base rate quote. These are to be paid by travelers directly at exit desks or computed at end of trip.
Chauffeur Working hours
For traveler and chauffeur safety, driving shifts are restricted to a maximum of 10-12 hours in a 24-hour cycle. Rest intervals are mandatory for long-distance highway travel transits.
