Free Cancellation
6+ Hours Before DepartureReschedule or cancel your outstation cab booking with 100% refund waiver. Zero cancellation charges apply.
Chauffeur Allocation IssuesIf DropTaxiGo fails to match a driver or vehicle for your confirmed route, cancellation is fully free at any moment.
Cancellation Fees Apply
Within 6 Hours of PickupA standard fee of ₹300 is charged as driver dispatch compensation if the booking is cancelled within 6 hours.
Chauffeur Already ArrivedIf the driver has reached the scheduled pickup point and the passenger fails to show, 100% of the base fare deposit is forfeited.
Refund Processing Timeline
Waiver refunds for eligible cancellations are automatically processed back to the original payment source. Refund transactions typically take 5-7 business banking days depending on your bank's settlements.
