Refund Issuance Details
Automatic Processing
Once your cancellation is approved, our systems trigger the transaction refund automatically. No manual ticket filings are required.
Standard 5-7 Bank Days
Refunds are sent back to the original source card, bank account, or wallet. The money will credit within 5-7 business working days.
Partial Refunds
If you cancel halfway during a multi-day trip, partial refunds are computed based on the remaining mileage and driver days.
